A self-directed sunset shoot with Queenstown mountain biker Jimmy Pollard, riding the Arrowtown river trails, Tobin’s Track and the Crown Peak Summit Track on a Merida E-160. Unpaid practice work, and still some of my favourite sunset biking imagery to date.
Event photography and video for Highland Events at the Arrowtown Backyard Ultra. Delivered two edits — a long-form event video and a social media cut — alongside a photo set, for the organiser’s YouTube channel, website and social channels.
I sponsored this one rather than shot it for a fee: Roost Mortgages’ Arrowtown charity tournament, raising money for the Whakatipu High School Foundation and teachers struggling to find housing in Queenstown. I donated a half-day commercial package and a family shoot to the auction, and photographed the day.
Eleven days on the road across eleven South Island locations with New Zealand Educational Tours, shadowing their most respected tour and the international high school students on it. Delivered a full photo library, a long-form explainer video and social cutdowns for school presentations overseas.

Photography and video of the remodelled Finz Restaurant for Dent Construction, architect Hamish Learmonth and the restaurant itself. A two-tiered shoot — morning and evening sessions with four staff modelling in each — capturing the room in both lights. The images ran in QT magazine.
