Individualised Consulting

Visual Funnel Strategy & Consulting

This workshop would be a 1-2 day deep dive into the content side of your business. We will do a full system audit to help your entire business capture, organize, and utilise visual content more effectively. Price on inquiry.

We will spend 7 to 8 hours (or more) with your staff practising in depth photography skills.  The goal for the full day session is to simulate what it is like for your staff to use photography in their day to day lives.

We will work through custom scenarios based on your company needs.  We will work with cameras that you or the staff have on hand (GoPros, DSLR, Mirrorless, phone cameras etc).

To ensure a hands-on experience, we’re keeping the group small & exclusive. A minimum of 3 staff members are required, and a maximum of 10 per session.  If you require more staff to be trained, we can always book a separate session and group.

Through a questionnaire, I will help you identify areas within your business to make your content capture system more efficient.

Based on that, I will work with your Senior Leadership team to make recommendations on photography/videography software to use, content storage solutions, gear recommendations for staff who use camera equipment, and advise on client content delivery solutions.  We will call this your team’s new “Content S.O.P’s.”

The aim is to look at how content can play a better role in your business or develop a plan for your in house team to more confidently take content from your experiences and market them to the world.

✅ Train staff to more confidently capture higher quality content on your trips

✅ Develop in house systems to streamline content capture, delivery and marketing material
✅ Stand out to your customers as a businesses that captures the authentic content

Why invest in your Staff?

Most companies don’t need more gear, they need smarter systems and a trained team.

authentic and effective
Better UGC = better engagement + trust
✅ Reduces dependency on pro shoots for marketing content
✅ Staff love having creative tools that enhance their role

Client Success Stories

Your instructor

Hi, I’m Chris Chase — a commercial photographer, filmmaker, educator, and creative consultant based in Queenstown, New Zealand.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked as a trained teacher in New York and across New Zealand, while also spending any spare time working in all sorts of roles within tourism and outdoor pursuits.

I have been a hiking and mountain biking guide, a snowboarding instructor and I’ve worked with tourism operators across NZ create content for all sorts of HERO marketing campaigns.

From multi-day hikes on Te Araroa to mountain bike journeys in the Coromandel, dolphin swimming in Kaikoura, to winter mountaineering on Mt. Ruapehu, I’ve seen firsthand how the best photos often come from the people already out there every day: your staff.

These trainings and workshops were built to give your team the confidence, tools, and systems to turn great moments into even better content.
